Welcome to Barrydale Hand Weavers
Barrydale Hand Weavers is a project aimed at providing a skill to people who might otherwise be unemployed, and who now are able to provide for their families through the sale of their products.
The weavers are encouraged to use their design skills by introducing colour and pattern into the woven products. This flexibility allows us to bring you a unique range of pure cotton products in vibrant colours as well as in earthy, natural tones.
You are welcome to contact us to discuss special orders or to come and browse around our factory shop in the old Belanti Cinema building, Laing Street, (behind the Barrydale Hotel). We are open 7 days a week from 08:00h to 17:00h Monday to Friday, 09:00h to 14:00h Saturdays and 08:00h to 12:00h on Sundays.
